If any products are out of stock you will be contacted to be offered an alternative if you wish.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please can you notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We will be happy to refund the full value of goods or offer you an exchange of your choice. The goods must be returned in their original condition & packaging.

CONTRACT: Your contract is formed after you receive a confirmation e-mail from Arts & Crafts by Dida confirming your order and the price paid.
As all our products are handmade there may be times when some products may be out of stock
in which case you will be notified. If you do not wish to wait for your order an alternative will be offered. If neither of these options are suitable a full refund will be given.
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order up to 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods by contacting us by phone or in writing with your name address and order details.
REFUNDS: A full refund for the cost of goods ordered including postage and packaging will be refunded within 30 days. The customer is responsible for returning the goods and for the postage costs.
FAULTY GOODS: Please notify us by e-mail or in writing as soon as possible after receiving faulty goods. We will be happy to offer a full refund or a replacement. Postal charges will be covered by us for any replacements sent.
RETURNS: A receipt for proof of postage is recommended.
PAYMENTS: Payments are taken at time of purchase. UK postage is included – overseas postage is calculated at checkout dependant on weight. Delivery is by Royal Mail or Courier Service.
DELIVERY: Goods are usually despatched within 3 working days after the order is confirmed by e-mail from Arts & Crafts by Dida and dependant on goods being in stock.
PRIVACY: We at Arts & Crafts by Dida handle any information supplied to us by our customers in the strictest confidence. We do not share any information with any third party. Any information is used solely for our own purpose, in order to supply you with good customer service.
COPYRIGHT: Artwork is for personal use only & may not be used for financial gain. The artist retains full reproduction copyright. You can order prints and gifts featuring your artwork from Dida.
